Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 21 June 2026

1. Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to the Innflyt marketing website available at innflyt.com and innflyt.no, including the install, product, roadmap, documentation, changelog, status, processor information, privacy, terms, and contact pages delivered from those domains. The operator dashboard at app.innflyt.com is a separate, invitation-only internal tool and is not covered by this statement. Innflyt is a product of Backroad AS (organisation number 934 341 929), a Norwegian company registered in Bergen, Norway.

This statement is published in compliance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (European Union) 2019/882, hereafter referred to as the EAA), which entered into force on 28 June 2025, and the Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act (Likestillings- og diskrimineringsloven) together with its accessibility regulations.

2. Conformance Standard

Backroad AS has adopted the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Conformance Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as the accessibility standard for the Innflyt website. WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard required by the EAA for commercial digital services and is the current Norwegian regulatory requirement.

3. Current Compliance Status

The Innflyt website has been built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA from its first commit, applying semantic HyperText Markup Language (HTML), keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, and reduced-motion support across both the light and dark themes and both the English and Norwegian Bokmål locales.

Backroad AS currently considers the site to be partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: a formal self-assessment is in progress, and until it is complete the site may contain non-conformances that have not yet been identified. Any confirmed findings are disclosed in Section 4, and this statement is updated as fixes are deployed.

4. Known Limitations

A formal self-assessment of the Innflyt website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA is currently in progress. As findings are confirmed, the specific non-conforming content will be disclosed in this section and tracked in the Innflyt source repository on GitHub under the accessibility label. Backroad AS remediates confirmed accessibility findings on a defined cadence — major findings within two weeks and minor findings within one month of confirmation — and updates this statement each time a finding is added or resolved.

No major accessibility barriers have been identified to date. If you encounter a barrier that is not yet listed here, please report it using the contact details in Section 6; reports from users are a primary input to this assessment.

5. Preparation of This Statement

This statement was prepared on 21 June 2026. The accessibility evaluation method is a self-assessment conducted by Backroad AS personnel using a combination of manual testing, keyboard-only navigation, colour-contrast verification, and document object model inspection against the WCAG 2.2 success criteria. An external audit has not yet been commissioned; this is on the roadmap prior to the general availability release.

6. Feedback and Contact

Backroad AS welcomes feedback on the accessibility of the Innflyt website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need content delivered to you in an alternative accessible format, please contact us so we can help and so we can improve the service for everyone.

Contact form: innflyt.com/contact

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within seven working days. If your enquiry requires a more detailed investigation, we will acknowledge receipt within that window and share an estimated resolution date.

7. Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may file a complaint with the Norwegian Authority for Universal Design of Information and Communication Technology (Tilsynet for universell utforming av informasjons- og kommunikasjonsteknologi), known as UU-tilsynet. UU-tilsynet is the supervisory body responsible for enforcing digital accessibility in Norway and operates within the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digitaliseringsdirektoratet).

If you are located in another European Economic Area country, you may also contact the equivalent national enforcement body in your country of residence.

8. Changes to This Statement

Backroad AS will update this statement each time a material change is made to the accessibility of the Innflyt website, and at a minimum on a quarterly cadence while the service remains in beta. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the statement was last revised.
