How billing works

Prices are in Norwegian kroner. No MVA is added. Innflyt is sold to businesses only.
You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. A business VAT number can be entered at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
Change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel at any time from the Plan page in the dashboard.
If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Then your organisation moves to Free.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again and your plan stays active meanwhile. If the payment is not completed, your organisation moves to Free.
No data is deleted because of a downgrade or a failed payment.

Questions

What counts as a response?

One submission through the widget on a live site. Responses from staging and development sites do not count.

What happens when we reach the monthly limit?

Responses are still collected, stored and shown in the dashboard. Only alerts pause, until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. We email you at 80 % and at 100 % of the limit.

Can we try Pro first?

Yes. Try Pro free for 14 days, with no card. If you do not add a card, your organisation returns to Free when the trial ends. Each organisation can try Pro once.

What happens to our data if we cancel or downgrade?

Nothing is deleted for that reason. Export and deletion are included on every plan, without limits.

Is MVA added to the price?

No. The price shown is the price you pay.

Can individuals buy Innflyt?

No. Innflyt is sold to businesses only.
